Alcohol as a beverage has been both embraced and shunned by human societies ever since its discovery many thousands of years ago. The United States of America has been no different. This exhibit shows some of that schizophrenic history in the form of imagery and documents obtained from the Center for Alcohol Studies library at Rutgers University.
